12 Top Colleges Reinventing Education For The AI Era

Most top universities don’t have billions or desire to start anew. Instead, they’re experimenting with different approaches to adapt the core education they provide to the new world. Some are weaving AI into courses across still-separate disciplines or making AI literacy a graduation requirement, no matter a student’s major. Others are creating more combination majors. Still others are putting more emphasis on hands-on experiences and collaborative projects.

Forbes examined 12 of the 2027 Top Colleges and identified four distinct, albeit overlapping, approaches.
