Request for Proposals – Eastern Plains Economic Resiliency Strategic Plan

Eastern Plains Economic Development Corporation (EPEDC), a regional non-profit economic development organization, is soliciting a Request for Proposal for the development of an Economic Resiliency Strategic Plan for the EPEDC region.

EPEDC has received funding approvals from the Economic Development Administration.  The preferred consultant will have the skills, capacity, experience, professional planning expertise, and creativity necessary to prepare the Economic Resiliency Strategic Plan.

Copies of the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) including a description of services to be provided by respondents and the minimum content of responses and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained on the EPEDC website at http://www.epedc.com or by contacting EPEDC, PO Box 321, Baker, MT 59313, (406) 853-6471.  All responses to the RFP must be received no later than 5:00 PM, December 3, 2021.
