Montana Career Opportunity – Website Administrator – Roxy Theater – Missoula

Roxy Theater seeks a Website Administrator to manage and maintain websites for five signature film festivals housed at the Roxy Theater in Missoula, Montana. Each festival maintains a unique website, designed on WordPress. Each film festival has its own seasonal timeline with minimal overlap. Pages are adjusted for each phase of production – such as a Call for Submissions, Programming, Sponsor Recognition, Selection Announcements, Screening Schedule, and Ticketing.

The Website Administrator will work closely with the Festival Team and the Roxy’s Art Director to align content, copy, and design, creating a cohesive festival package. The administrator would be expected to update color palettes, employ festival specific branding, manage pages, adjust menus, add sponsor logos, as well as other adjustments based on a schedule and timeline provided by the Festival Team.

Time Commitment: Hours will vary based on the season. 10-30 hours per month, with the largest time commitment landing between February and April (International Wildlife Film Festival) and August-September (Montana Film Festival).
