Job Description

The Vice President of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for leading all aspects of manufacturing, process engineering, test engineering, supply chain & planning, warehouse & logistics, and warehouse maintenance for West Paw. This person sets the tone and cadence for continuous improvement and Lean culture development within manufacturing operations to establish and maintain world-class standard work and a superior manufacturing environment. The VP must be able to build, develop, and sustain a strong leadership team that demonstrates strategic, managerial, and technical excellence.

The position liaises with product management, finance, quality, and sales to ensure timely product launches and must think and contribute strategically and operationally to all.

The Vice President of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible to create the infrastructure, talent, and processes to allow West Paw to grow its current levels, while increasing velocity, eliminating waste, and expanding margins. It leads 4-7 direct reports and is part of the Executive Team and reports to the CEO.
