Job Description
The position will play a pivotal role in driving product success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of Blackfoot’s customers, with a specific focus on the healthcare and banking industries. The Product Solutions Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on Blackfoot’s evolving voice/network products and value-added white glove services for Premiere Enterprise customers.
