Montana Career Opportunity – Major Gifts Program Manager – Montana PBS

The Major Gifts Manager will have revenue targets to meet each fiscal year and will be expected to utilize the moves management process of identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to meet goals, all in service of preparing for a multi-year capital campaign as well as securing annual support. Strategically planned face-to-face meetings will be expected for higher level donors/prospects. Outreach will include extensive phone calling, personal hand-written notes, emails, travel throughout the state of Montana, and working some nights and weekends as required with planning and executing donor-focused events. All outreach will require contact documentation in the donor database and appropriate follow-up to secure and steward support for MontanaPBS.
