NOW HIRING A JOB SITE READY (JSR) PROGRAM MANAGER! 

Accelerate Montana, in partnership with Missoula College and the University of Montana is looking for a proven, self-motivated leader to serve as the Program Manager for the Job Site Ready (JSR) Entry Level Construction Training Program. With the goal of serving up to 1,000 students/trainees over the next two years, the JSR Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing, planning, further developing, and implementing the entry level program to various and diverse audiences across the State of Montana. 

The JSR program is under the direction of Missoula College Director of Trades Education. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the organizational initiative, identify the programs developmental needs, and handle all program administrations. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE 

We’re looking for a strong leader who is comfortable leading a cross-functional team to enhance online curriculum and content in UM’s Learning Management System. We prefer you to have a related degree or equivalent experience. You should be comfortable using technology to organize your day and keep a project team on track. We want you to be self-motivated and able to offer creative solutions to challenges to enhance the JSR Program. Finally, an ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a demonstrated use of data analysis.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU 

Schedule: This is a 35-40 hour per week position with the flexibility to work from home and in-person in Montana. 

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience. 

Benefits: Employees will receive a Health & Welfare and cell phone stipend with future plans for retirement and medical. We offer paid holiday time, sick leave, and paid time off after a 6-month probationary period.
