Montana Career Opportunity – Executive Director – South Central Montana Regional Mental Health Center

South Central Montana Regional Mental Health Center (MHC) is recruiting for an Executive Director. MHC is headquartered in Billings, Montana and is a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to the establishment, development and maintenance of high quality mental health and substance abuse care in South Central Montana. MHC serves ten counties (many of which are rural) and approximately 2,000 clients and 85 committed clinical and support staff dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive behavioral healthcare in a supportive team environment.

Executive Director responsibilities include: overseeing the delivery, evaluation and administration of all mental health, medical and substance abuse services and programs; providing education and consultation services to community agencies and providing emergency and crisis management as needed. Supervises and oversees Management Team and fundraising efforts. This position reports to the Governing Board. The Executive Director works closely with MHC personnel and governing board members, as well as with federal, state and community agencies and performs duties in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
