ProStart is an industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. Nineteen Montana high schools are involved in the program. Students from Belgrade, Billings West, Drummond, Fergus, Flathead, Powell County and White Sulphur Springs will compete at MSU.

This biennial event invites organizations to showcase their business and products at the Trade Show (exhibitors are highly encouraged to bring a product to showcase!). Solution oriented seminars, tailored to specific manufacturing and trade issues, take place during the day.  Held during the legislative session, lawmakers are invited to an evening reception with vendors and seminar attendees.
