This year’s Academy includes two learning tracks:

Cooperative Leadership
For leaders and rising leaders working inside existing cooperatives.

Cooperative Development & Community Engagement
For outreach staff, economic developers, Extension, community partners, and people helping communities explore cooperative solutions.

Across the three days, participants will dig into cooperative leadership, communication, storytelling, conflict management, cooperative development, community engagement, group dynamics, asset-based leadership, and applied capstone or case study work. academy agenda v1
