Are you ready to find some finanicial clarity?
On September 24 at 12pm MT, I’m hosting a 60-minute virtual Cash Flow Clarity Workshop for founders, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders who want a clearer answer to a pretty basic, but often ignored, question: How much do I actually need to bring in each month?
In the workshop, we will use a simple Cash Flow Clarity tool I’ve created to:
- identify what a business/organization must bring in to cover core monthly costs
- set a realistic monthly target to work towards
- compare current pricing, revenue, or funding to that target
- leave with a practical tool that can be updated and used for decision-making
I’d love if you’d be willing to pass this information on to any clients, partners, colleagues, and friends who may be interested! The workshop is probably a good fit for someone who:
- can’t immediately point to the number they need each month to cover their costs
- is a solopreneur and isn’t sure how much the business needs to earn to cover expenses and pay them
- is relatively new and wants to establish a financial target early
- has been operating mostly by instinct and wants a more concrete number to plan around
Participants will get the most out of it if they can bring a rough list of their monthly expenses and a general idea of their income, pricing, or funding. They do not need perfectly organized books.
For someone with several years of historical data, multiple business lines, or a more complex financial model, the workshop can still be a useful starting point, but we probably won’t build out the full picture in an hour. That’s the kind of work I can also help with separately.
