Ravalli County moves forward on economic planning project

Ravalli County commissioners are forging ahead with a strategic economic planning project by laying the beginning groundwork.

The board unanimously opted to create a steering committee to get the ball rolling on the project.

The committee will be made up of two commissioners, county planning administrator Terry Nelson, Ravalli County Economic Development Authority director Julie Foster and five citizens.
