Great Falls Police: Early childhood care as a crime prevention tool – "Saddle Up, Montana: It’s Time to Make Early Investments in Kids"
Local law enforcement leaders met Monday to generate support for early childhood programs as a method of crime prevention. Cascade County Attorney John Parker and Great Falls Police Chief David Bowen, local members of the Fight Crime: Invest in Kids group, announced the release of a new report titled, "Saddle Up, Montana: It’s Time to Make Early Investments in Kids."
"We all pay the price when young people drop out of school and turn to a life of crime," Parker said.
