Volunteers helping complete park renovation in Dillon, Montana

It takes plenty of work to build a park, but the people of Dillon are used to hard work.

"It is hard work, we all sleep well every night and we all take our Advil," said volunteer Tammy Baker.

Throughout this week, hundreds of volunteers will put their backs into completing the nearly $800,000 renovation of Dillon’s Jaycee Park.

"It just inspiring, it’s so awesome to be around people that like-minded that want to give back to the community," said project coordinator Erin Hughes.

Erin had an idea to improve the park by adding an amphitheater, a splash pad and a children’s play area.
