MoFi Offers New Down Payment Resources for Montana Homebuyers

MoFi (formerly Montana & Idaho Community Development Corporation) has expanded its popular HomeNow down payment assistance program to make homeownership more accessible and more affordable to working Montanans. Among the new program options is a 0% interest deferred loan to cover down payment and closing costs — it comes with the benefit of lower monthly mortgage payments and doesn’t need to be repaid until a buyer sells or refinances their home. The program is also expanding its scope to provide assistance to purchasers of manufactured homes.
