The Great Falls City Commission approved four great projects for 2018 construction totaling over $30 million of local development! Town Pump will now be able to move forward with construction of a new 90-room MainStay/Sleep Inn hotel. GMD Development and NeighborWorks Great Falls will construct the 124-unit Rockcress Commons affordable apartment project. NeighborWorks will build the 14-home Beargrass Village pocket neighborhood downtown. The Great Falls Clinic Foundation will build a new hotel for patients and families.
