Montana Career Opportunity – CFO – Developd Incorporated

Our app development company, Developd Incorporated, is currently interviewing for the position of CFO.

We are currently in production of an app slated for beta launch May 2015 and hard launch July 2015. Our newly appointed CFO will be primarily tasked with developing business documents for raising capital, reaching out to potential investment firms/individuals, and eventually presenting financials and concept to investors.

For reference, the applications Foap and Twenty20 are both similar in terms of functionality, but differ in many ways.

Initial Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute business documents for raising capital: business plan, cap table, etc.

– Orchestrate outreach to VC firms and potential investors

– Present financials to VC firms and potential investors

Desired qualifications:

– A work style that is extremely detail oriented

– MBA preferred (not required)

– Familiarity with raising capital

– Presentation or sales experience
