City of Helena’s water rights could be at risk with latest court ruling
April 10, 2015 /
A long-running legal dispute involving the city of Helena’s water rights is being sent back to a lower court for re-review and has the potential to significantly reduce the flow of water from Ten Mile Creek for the municipality.
Based on a water master’s determination of flow rates used previously by the city, Helena could see its rate reduced by slightly more than half.
