Montana Career Opportunity – Project Coordinator – NextGen Global Resources, LLC

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the following:

* Provide administrative support to internal and external groups

* Assist with projects–scheduling and coordinating among internal and external, cross functional teams

* Assist with reporting, database entry, data and report review as well as preparing and processing correspondence

* Managing PO’s/tracking financials, preparing expense reports & interfacing with invoicing systems

Requirements:

* 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative support/project coordination position in a fast-paced environment, supporting several internal/external groups

* Must be highly proficient with Excel (super-user is ideal) & Microsoft office

* Organizational and project/data tracking skills required

* Previous telecommunications/local real estate or site acquisition experience preferred

* Previous experience in a "new" office or start-up environment

* Dynamic personality; ability to interface with internal & external groups; highly organized and excellent communication skills

*this person could be a recent graduate with relate-able internship experience
