Duration: 12 months and with possible extensions for next 4 years

Experience required:

Expertise and experience in designing a website and/​or pages to fully work in multiple browsers (and browser versions).​

Website graphic design and information architecture (to be implemented separately in HTML or a Content Management System)

Website implementation.​

Maintenance and support of web-based applications and databases to support a wide range of natural resource-related information requirements.​ Website work will be done on an Apache web server.​

Skills required:

Web programming and development for projects and operational programs

Ability to develop and support both internal and external websites for a variety of applications.​

Scripting/​programming for web page development/​maintenance

HTML

CSS

PHP

Model View Controller (MVC) Framework

Knowledge of Javascript

Knowledge of Action Script 3

Knowledge of Adobe Flash

Knowledge of Adobe products (i.​e.​, web premium)

Database design, development, implementation and maintenance in support of web applications development
