Former Governor endorses early educator bills

Gov. Dean supports the rights of early educators to improve quality, professionalism and respect in their field, calls "common sense" bills "the right thing to do."

Legislation would allow Early Educators to organize as a union and negotiate directly with the state on the policy issues that impact their profession and the children in their care.
