First there was Pure Energy, which energy efficiency consultant A. Tamasin Sterner operates out of her home in Lancaster.
Now there’s the Pure Energy Center and Ranch on a 212-acre campus near Roundup, Mont.
Richard Senft, who is married to Sterner, said he will be leaving his database developer job at Franklin & Marshall College’s Center for Opinion Research to direct the center, which will be a division of Pure Energy.
The new facility in southcentral Montana will provide energy-conservation training programs and certifications for the region’s builders and remodelers.
