Energy Efficiency Promoted With Launch of New BetterBricks Site Powered by Zaaz

BetterBricks, http://BetterBricks.com/ an initiative of the Portland-based Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, launched a new website, designed
and developed by ZAAZ, a leading web design and technology consultancy, to help commercial building professionals take advantage of the design and financial benefits
of energy efficiency.

The program is aimed at the commercial building community, including architects, building owners, operators and developers, mechanical and electrical engineers,
lighting designers, interior designers, real estate brokers, and real estate investment trust fund managers.

The launch culminates six months of strategy, design and technology implementation by ZAAZ, which was awarded the BetterBricks website project early this year over
more than a dozen competitors.

BetterBricks.com is the first stop for commercial building professionals who want information and assistance on how to incorporate innovative, energy-effective designs
into their next new building or remodel. The site is funded by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, a group of electric utilities, state governments, public interest
groups and efficiency industry representatives committed to bringing affordable, energy-efficient products and services to the marketplace.

"We were looking for a unique partner not just to help us build a website, but to help us build clarity around what we are trying to communicate with BetterBricks.com,"
said Patrice Thramer, Director of Marketing and Communications at the Alliance. "Based on their innovative style and reputation, we felt ZAAZ was the best fit for this
project."

The new site from ZAAZ repositions energy-efficiency building design as not only virtuous, but fiscally prudent. Offering real-world examples of how building professionals
have successfully used energy efficiency as a design tool and financial strategy, the site delivers vast resources related to energy-efficient design and construction. As
part of the unique BetterBricks proposition, the building community can also take advantage of BetterBricks’ advisors, research assistance and access to lighting labs.

"We’ve created an authoritative one-stop shop for pragmatic, useful energy information — stocked with news, success stories and live resources the Northwest building
community can use on a daily basis," said ZAAZ Internet Strategy Director Tom Farmer. "ZAAZ is gratified to help realize such an important effort."

ZAAZ Senior Producer Gary Jacobson and Art Director Jon McVey led the four-month strategy and design effort. The result is, literally, the latest word in selling
energy-effective design. Backed by a consortium of utilities, energy regulators and consumer groups, BetterBricks.com spreads the efficiency word throughout the
Northwest U.S.
