Montana SD2 programs bring the classroom to students

Rick Whitman is one of 14 Billings School District 2 teachers who work far from the traditional classroom. Their assignments include teaching at the women’s prison, the Yellowstone County Jail, Tumbleweed Runaway Program center, the Billings Clinic Psychiatric Center and the homes of students who are too sick or frail to get to school.
