Wells Fargo adding 60 new jobs

Wells Fargo announced Thursday it will be adding 60 new jobs to its Banker Connection unit at the Wells
Fargo Operations Center at Homestead Business Park.

Terri McMillan, Wells Fargo senior vice president in charge of Bankers Connection, said the new hires will
bring the number of employees at Banker Connection to 230, about one-third of the total number of employees
at the Operations Center.
Banker Connection provides phone service for Wells Fargo bankers nationwide, McMillan said.
"It’s a service for bankers to get the information, the resources, the tools they need to be successful in
helping our customers," McMillan said.

Banker Connection employees do not handle calls from external customers, just bankers.
A recent job fair brought in enough applications to staff the 60 new positions, McMillan said. Employees
undergo a six- to eight-week training session on computers, in the classroom and on the job. McMillan would
not divulge how much employees would be paid, but said they would qualify for a full benefits package from
Wells Fargo, including medical, dental, 401K and education benefits.
Wells Fargo has a similar Banker Connection facility in Fargo, N.D.
