Idaho gets "D" grade for kids going to college. Higher education?

Idaho gets a "D" grade for the number of its students going to college, a rank that puts the state alongside Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina.

There’s only a 35 percent chance that a student in Idaho who is 19 or younger will go to college, according to the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education http://www.highereducation.org/ , a San Jose, Calif., nonprofit research group that studies education in all 50 states. That’s down from 40 percent in 1992, the group said.
