International Research & Exchanges Looking for U.S. Universities to Host Muskie Fellows

International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX) is currently accepting applications from U.S. universities and colleges interested in hosting Muskie fellows.

The Muskie program provides opportunities for Master’s level study in the United States to graduate students and professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan in eleven academic fields. Funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the US Department of State, the Muskie program has provided fellowships to over 3,000 Eurasian citizens since its inception in 1992.
