University of Wyoming’s new president to speak to campus about $50 million in budget cuts

The University of Wyoming is facing about $50 million in cuts during the next biennium. But before the school announces any specific reductions, the incoming president plans to give two presentations Wednesday and Thursday for faculty, staff and students in Laramie.
