Is an “ElectricFish” at every gas station the next step in electric vehicle charging?
ElectricFish is advancing ultra-fast EV charging with its modular, plug-and-play stations that turn existing 200-amp electrical infrastructure into both high-speed chargers and community microgrids with built-in energy storage for emergencies. Its original “350Squared” system, highlighted by CleanTechnica, uses 400 kilowatt-hours of storage to slowly recharge itself while delivering rapid power to drivers who need a quick boost. Building on that concept, the company debuted its new “400Squared” charging station at CES in Las Vegas, emphasizing convenience by enabling 8–10 minute charging stops at familiar locations like gas stations. The model can add up to 180 miles of range per stop and removes upfront installation costs for property owners through a revenue-sharing approach.
