City of Bozeman, Montana Request for Proposals From Broadband Service Providers to Use Excess Capacity in City-Owned Conduit The City of Bozeman seeks proposals from qualified broadband service providers who wish to use excess capacity in City-owned conduit in order to provide fiber-based, broadband internet services to properties and businesses within the Downtown and Midtown tax increment financing (TIF) districts and a portion of Montana Avenue.
