Blueprint Mississippi 2011

There is a spirit of opportunity among us. You can feel it. It comes from the success of seeing a positive structural shift in our economic base from our once low-wage, low-skill economy to a higher-wage, middle-skill and creative-based economy.

With each passing day, the prospects are brighter for assuring that even more of our children will find good-paying jobs here in Mississippi.
