Montana Career Opportunity – Loan Specialist – Bear Paw Development Corporation of Northern Montana

Job Description
This position is responsible for communicating with loan applicants to elicit
information; investigate applicants’ backgrounds and verify references.
Assemble and review all loan applications and required documents to
ensure completeness of loan information. Prepare loan documents, loan
security instruments and loan closing documents. This position will also
maintain loan files and monitor borrower compliance with loan covenants
and agreements. Assists Director of Loan Services to prepare and submit
required reports (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) to Bear Paw’s funding
partners, including state and federal agencies and the private sector.
Responsible for other duties as assigned by Director of Loan Services or
Executive Director.
