ADROIT Supports Helena’s Largest Job Fair – Jobs Junction to Strengthen Montana’s Local Talent Pipeline

HELENA, Montana — ADROIT Employment Resources is supporting Helena Jobs Junction 2026, a community-wide career fair presented by the Helena Job Service Employers Committee (JSEC) on Wednesday, October 28, at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall.

For Montana employers of every size and sector, access to talent is essential. At the same time, job seekers cannot pursue career paths or connect with organizations they do not know exist.

Jobs Junction will give employers from across the public, private and nonprofit sectors an opportunity to showcase their organizations, meet potential candidates and introduce attendees to the wide range of careers available in Helena and throughout Montana.

The event is designed to welcome candidates with varied backgrounds and experience levels—from students and people entering or returning to the workforce to skilled professionals, experienced leaders and individuals considering a career change. Workforce, education, training, veteran-support, disability-support and community resource providers will also be available to help attendees explore career pathways, develop valuable skills and overcome barriers to employment.

To create a more accessible experience, veterans, military reservists, people with disabilities and their families are invited to attend during a dedicated early-access period from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. This time will provide an opportunity to connect with participating employers and explore available employment and community resources before the event opens to the general public.

When employers participate in local career events, they do more than recruit for current openings, they increase awareness of local career possibilities, help people understand which skills employers value and give talented Montanans more reasons to build their careers here.

ADROIT encourages employers from every industry to participate—even if they are not hiring immediately. Jobs Junction offers an opportunity to increase organizational visibility, strengthen connections within the community and begin building relationships with both current and future candidates.

Admission is free for job seekers and community attendees.

Employer booths are available for $250. Sponsorship opportunities include an employer booth and expanded visibility through event promotion before, during and after the job fair.
