MAPS – Growing Bitterroot media arts program gets its own building

Welcome to MEDA: Leadership Dedicated to Building Montana's Economy

A Bitterroot after-school program, named one of the top 50 in the country, has grown so much, it has moved to its own building.

Media Arts in the Public Schools (MAPS) http://www.mapsmediainstitute.com/ student population has ballooned in its 10 years. Last spring, the program closed for the year with 60 students. This season, the new building welcomed 82 students to class.

MAPS is applying for funding to expand to 12 locations throughout Montana over the next three years.
