Bozeman, Montana businesses hope to lure American Airlines to Gallatin Field

Business leaders in Gallatin County are hoping to persuade American Airlines to begin flying into Gallatin Field airport, an addition that could give the valley direct flights to Dallas and New York City.

Daryl Schliem, president and CEO of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce, said area businesses hope to raise money that could be used to promote the American flights and guarantee American a certain level of revenue.
