Digital concierge to aid tourists visiting Billings, MT

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Tourists who travel through Billings soon will be able to select restaurants and decide where to stay and shop by using digital concierge kiosks.

The kiosks showing videos of local businesses will be placed in hotels and at The Billings Area Chamber of Commerce visitors’ center.

The Chamber and Accent Media Productions http://www.accentmediaproductions.com of Billings announced the program Wednesday.

Accent Media Vice President Adam Steadman said the travelers can access GPS directions to the places they want to see. The kiosks also will give advertisers feedback on which videos tourists are viewing, so they can evaluate the success of their sales pitch.
