As the Quality Schools committee gets information from consultants and staff, we will begin making policy recommendations to place before the Legislature later this fall. Those meetings are open to the public, are televised and audio streamed, and testimony is taken. We are also considering moving our meetings around the state after the Quality Schools committee has developed proposals. That will allow all Montanans to scrutinize our work and make public comments. That will be later this summer and will be publicized as soon as a schedule is set.
