The ENERGY STAR for New Homes Program and other green building standards help builders meet consumers’ growing demand for high-quality, energy-efficient homes. The Montana Energy Code now incorporates some ENERGY STAR requirements.

NorthWestern Energy is sponsoring two upcoming workshops for builders. The workshops will teach lessons on how the ENERGY STAR® program can be applied to build better homes.

Eligible applicants can apply for NWE grants valued at $5,000 each to assist both their business expansion and retention programs and their comprehensive economic development strategy programs.
