Unique program now covers science, tech, engineering, arts and math in the Bitterroot

Rosten brings after-school arts education to students in rural Montana to promote creativity–and launch careers.

MAPS offers free courses in cyberskills, design, filmmaking, screenwriting, technical literacy, communication and music, among other things, to students from all over Ravalli County

Along with our Film, Design and Music classes, this year we’re introducing our newest course, CYBERSKILLS.

"Clearly, Montana can and does compete on the national stage," Rosten says of the Academy grant. "Ultimately, it’s a reflection on what 12- to 17-year-old rural kids can do given the right setting, tools and people to lead them."

The film festival is free and open to the public and was created to showcase the work of talented youth from the Bitterroot Valley.

Today we learned that MAPS received three Emmy Nominations for the PSA’s our students produced for State Farm Insurance.
