An international consultant on sales will teach "Managing a High Performance Sales Team: A Systematic Process" on October 25 at FVCC.

Allen Minster is partner and co-founder of Frontline Advisors, LLC and has worked with more than 850 companies worldwide to increase sales revenues, improve marketing strategies and better manage sales staff.
