Phoenix agency looks out for entrepreneur

PFL Tech Inc. is a marketing technology company that provides sales enablement and marketing automation solutions, as well asprinting, mailing, and fulfillment services. They also provide some great Montana Jobs.

Michelle Pierson keeps close watch on the pulse of small businesses in Phoenix.

Do they need capital? Will they need to hire and train employees? Or are they expanding and need help finding a new storefront?

Addressing those questions is all about keeping these entrepreneurs "happy, healthy and here," said Pierson, a deputy director at Phoenix’s Community and Economic Development Department.

Pierson oversees the small-business division, which is charged with helping Phoenix small companies expand and create jobs.
