New Downtown Great Falls Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Programs

 
Your project in Downtown Great Falls may be eligible for the new tax increment financing (TIF) programs. Learn more about the new Downtown TIF, use of funds, reporting requirements, as well as an overview of new programs in the Downtown TIF sessions.

In partnership with the City of Great Falls and Downtown Partners, we are hosting a series of zoom sessions on the new Downtown TIF programs. Each session will last a half hour and be recorded and shared here. Participate live or at your convenience.
