Missoula Children’s Theater Performing Arts Camp wraps up in Missoula

Montana is flooded with some of the most talented kids in the nation every year for two weeks in the summer as the Missoula Children’s Theater Performing Arts Camp http://www.mctinc.org/In_Missoula/Performing_Arts_Camp takes place.

We spoke with high school seniors who are celebrating their last year with MCT. When reporter Allyson Weller asked them what keeps them coming back each year, they all had one common response.

"The people, I mean the friends that you make," Tommy Richardson pf Oxford, Ohio said.

"Literally like my best friends, are friends that I met at camp, who I’ve kept in contact with, who I call up all the time, from all over the country, all over the world," Mimi Diawara of Pueblo, Colorado stated.

"Camp wouldn’t be anything without all the people that have the similar interests, and everybody is just so beautiful. I love it," Mallory Gillin of Wentachee, Washington stated.
