Please see below, and thank you for partnering in spreading the word on this.  We know that retail stores, restaurants and other tourism-related business will be heavily impacted in the next few months.

There is a link below to the worksheet-only one sheet to complete to indicate interest-and we need at least 5 counties to respond in order for the service to be activated. Any questions, please contact Business Assistance Bureau Chief Wayne Johnston at 841-2732, [email protected] .

1. Complete the Economic Injury Worksheets as soon as possible, click here to access the worksheet, and submit it to your county Disaster and Emergency Services, (DES) Office.
2. If your county does not have a DES office or if you are unable to contact them, the worksheet can be sent to [email protected].
