Real Deals with Seasoned Entrepreneurs

Connect Northwest invites you to its Annual Investor Forum June 17th 2004 at the historic Davenport Hotel in downtown Spokane, Washington. This new forum is designed to create beneficial networks between the Inland Northwest’s entrepreneurs and regional investors.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., this Forum creates excellent opportunities to get exclusive information about the hottest new companies in the Inland Northwest region and network with top CEO’s and executives. Each of the ten presenting companies are screened and coached by our committee of experts, so you can count on targeted, succinct 20 minute presentations. In addition, the Forum will feature a keynote address by one of the region’s most active investors, Kevin Cable, Executive VP of Cascadia Capital.

A similar event, such as 2002’s Spokane Investor Forum, drew over 50 representatives of venture capitalists from Seattle, such as Madrona Ventures, Voyager Capital, Atlas Ventures, Encompass, Fluke Venture Partners, Seapoint Ventures and Northwest Venture Associates. For more information on this Forum, review the attached article from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. All 10 past participants in this Forum received venture capital two years following this event.

Check out some of our past presenters and other recent funding of local enterprises:

* World Wide Packets – closed $25M from Madrona, NWVA & Azure

* Avista Labs (ReliOn) – closed $12M from Enterprise, Crysalix & BDV

* Purcell Systems – named a “Fast 50” company by Deloitte & Touche

* NightHawk Radiology – closed $25M from Summit Partners

* Itronix – closed a $40M sale to Golden Gate Capital

* Mabuhay (Vivato) – raised over $40M from US Venture Partners, Intel & Leapfrog

* ISR – received a $29M military contract with Naval Air Systems Command

* Cyan Worlds – recently launched a 6th version of Myst franchise called URU
