Technet’s guest speaker will be Dr. Claudia Imhoff, a popular speaker, author and internationally recognized expert on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the infrastructure needed to support these initiatives.

Dr. Imhoff, founder and President of Intelligent Solutions, Inc., a well respected Business Intelligence, and CRM consulting and training firm formed in 1992. Her company has successfully implemented over 150 ‘Corporate Information Factory’ architecture solutions across all industry areas.
