Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Wilma Theatre in Downtown Missoula

Only award-winning films are shown during Festival Week at the Wilma Theatre in Downtown Missoula, and all screenings are open to the public.

The 2004 Festival Program — our complete booklet of scheduled events & information — will be available beginning April 23. Missoulians will find stacks of them at favorite cafes, restaurants, retail stores, and other locations around town.
