REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Solar Photovoltaic System Services for the City of Missoula’s Resource Recovery Facility

In accordance with Title 18, Chapter 8 (MCA) and adopted City policy for procurement of services, the City
of Missoula, Montana, is seeking proposals qualified solar PV providers to supply, permit, install, own,
operate, and maintain a non–export 462 kilowatt AC combination roof mount and ballasted ground mount
solar PV project at the City of Missoula’s Resource Recovery Facility, located at 1100 Clark Fork Lane,
Missoula, MT 59808. The City is seeking a financial arrangement in which the offeror owns the solar array
and enters into a lease agreement, power purchase agreement, or similar arrangement with the City.
