Transystems is looking to hire a Developer — recent graduate or experienced, to join our small talented team to build and maintain internal software and consolidate systems into the Oracle Apex. We value exceptional multitasking skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technologies, techniques, and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Apex web pages and processes
• Complete assigned development projects
• Create and maintain database queries, procedures, and functions
• Generate user forms and reports
• Develop and maintain user and code documentation

Requirements:

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a software discipline
• 2 years’ experience in a software development environment
• Ability to communicate clearly in non-technical and technical terms
• Appreciation of the right process, i.e., working methodically

Software skills:

• Microsoft Windows Environment
• Advanced experience in SQL
• Oracle PL-SQL
• Basic Java and CSS
• Good understanding of database table design, indexes, keys, triggers
• Troubleshooting tools used for web page development
• Good code formatting and commenting and naming convention discipline
