The position will close 12/15/2019 at 5 pm. Compensation range is $17 – $23 DOE. Two years’ experience is recommended. Duties include: maintaining the service technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed, schedule installations with customers and maintaining the on-call schedule for service technicians, maintain customer database with current information, answer incoming customer calls and creating tickets in the ticketing system.
